Diplomas and Certificates
Your diploma or certificate will be mailed two to four weeks after the end of the term in which you graduate.
When you graduate, you will receive:
- An electronic diploma or certificate.
- A paper diploma or certificate by mail.
You do not need to submit an order form or pay a fee for your first diploma or certificate.
Check your Bucks student email regularly for updates from the Registrar's Office and Parchment about your graduation and diploma or certificate.
Financial Holds
If you have an outstanding financial obligation to the College, your diploma or certificate cannot be released.
Before your diploma or certificate is issued, make sure you have paid any outstanding balance.
If you have questions about your account or need help making a payment, email Student Accounts or call 215-968-8000 and select option 3.
Verify Your Information
Before you graduate, make sure your name, mailing address and cell phone number are correct in your student record.
If your name is incorrect when your diploma or certificate is issued, you will need to order and pay for a replacement.
If you need to update your information or have questions, contact the Registrar's Office.
Replacement Diplomas and Certificates
If you need a replacement diploma or certificate, order one through Parchment.
Practical Nursing Certificates
If you need a copy of your Practical Nursing (LPN) certificate, contact Michelle Rue by calling 215-968-8448 or emailing michelle.rue@bucks.edu.
Practical Nursing certificates cannot be ordered through Parchment.
Public Safety and Fire School Certificates
If you need a copy of your Public Safety or Fire School certificate, contact the Public Safety Training Center by calling 267-685-4888 or emailing fireschool@bucks.edu.

GED Diploma and Transcript Orders
If you completed a GED preparation course or took the GED test at Bucks County Community College, you must order your GED diploma or transcript through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Use the GED Diploma and Transcript Ordering Service to order your diploma or transcript.
