How-to Video
The Bucks County Community College Foundation offers scholarships to students pursuing their education at Bucks. We are happy to offer students an online scholarship portal, ScholarshipUniverse is a mobile-friendly, and personalized platform designed to enhance the student's user experience when getting matched to both internal and external funding opportunities. Before logging in, read through our FAQs.
Important:
Please note that you will not be able to enter the scholarship portal until you have a valid Bucks email address. If you are a new student not yet enrolled, apply to Bucks today.
Needs-Based Scholarships
For financial needs-based scholarships, students are responsible to file the appropriate FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) prior to completing a scholarship application. Financial need is calculated by subtracting the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and any other financial aid from a student's cost of attendance. If anything is left over, you are considered to have a financial need.
Learn about financial aid eligibility and see our criteria & requirements, or contact financial aid at 215-968-8200.
Generally, a scholarship will be credited to a recipient's student account the next academic semester following the semester in which the scholarship was awarded. For example, if you receive a scholarship in the spring semester, your student account will be credited in the fall upon the completion of the add/drop period for all the classes you are enrolled in. If you decide not to enroll or do not meet the eligibility criteria at that time, the scholarship will be awarded to another student or be returned to the scholarship fund.
