Even amid transitions like the empty nest, caring for aging parents, or navigating global uncertainties, it’s possible to cultivate lasting happiness. Real happiness isn’t dependent on what happens around us.
It comes from accessing an inner well of peace and well-being that remains steady, regardless of external circumstances. This is what it means to be *Happy for No Reason®*. In this workshop, I’ll introduce simple, effective strategies designed to help you tap into this inner happiness. With these tools, you’ll learn how to navigate even the toughest transitions with grace, finding purpose, promise, and fun in this new chapter of life.
