Approved Alternative Proctor Locations
COVID Update
Due to the many closures nation-wide, students will need to carefully review the alternative proctoring testing sites. Many have closed or have limited hours. Several have added a fee. Please note, to start your exam, you will need to have one form of government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, military-issued ID).
Proctor U Info
- A separate alternative proctor form must be filled out for each course that requires test proctoring. You must have all information completed before the deadline in order to proceed. The deadline date will coincide with the Last Day of the 50% Refund Period. This date is found on the Academic Calendar for each semester/modular.
- Summer and Winter hours may vary per site. It is the student's responsibility to contact the site of interest to check on details for specific exams (this is mandatory even for pre-approved sites). Availability, hours of operation, and fees may vary per site. NOTE: Some of the proctoring testing locations below may be closed or have reduced hours due to COVID-19.
