Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a range of technical functions across Bucks County Community College, including:
- Setup and maintenance of Office 365 accounts for students and employees
- Access to and training in using Workday Student for registration, grading, and more
- Hardware support for administrative staff computers and networking
- Maintenance and operations of the Bucks data and voice networks, including voice mail services
- Custom programming, research, and systems integration with web-based database systems.
Help Desk and Service Center
Located on all three campuses, the ITS Help Desk and Service Center provides direct support to Bucks students, faculty, and staff.
