Your Username
Your username for all College systems is the same: your last name and first initial, up to 8 characters. If there are multiple individuals whose generated username would be the same, yours may be a variation on this (smithja, for example).

College Network, Computers, Email and Most Systems
You’ll use one Bucks username and password to access most College resources, including:
- On-campus computer networks (all computers and instructor stations on campus)
- MyBucks (provides access to both Faculty/Staff and Student pages)
- Faculty/Staff email
- Canvas Learning Management System
- Web-based college applications
- Library and proxy resources, including all library databases
MyBucks Faculty/Staff Portal
MyBucks (Portal) is your one-stop-shop for access to systems and information for Bucks faculty and staff.
MyBucks provides direct single sign-on access to:
- Workday
- Office365 applications including email and calendar
It also provides quick access to Canvas, other instructional systems, numerous applications, College announcements, documents, team sites, and more.
Microsoft 365
As a Bucks faculty or staff member, you have access to Microsoft 365 through your College account. Microsoft 365 includes web versions of:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Other Microsoft 365 applications
Sign in with your Bucks account to access these applications online.
Canvas Learning Management System
Canvas uses your regular Bucks username and password.
Instructor accounts must be requested before you can access Canvas as an instructor. To request an instructor account or learn more, contact Online Learning at 215-968-8052.
