Hire Vets First: Maintained by the Veterans' Employment and Training Service. Search jobs, find a One-Stop Career Center, research employers, and more.
PA CareerLink: Register to search and apply for jobs. You can also search for a veterans services representative at the PA CareerLink office nearest you.
Benefits and Resources
Collegiate Consortium Scholarship for Veterans, National Guard, and Reserve troops called to serve under Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA): Organization based in Bucks County providing assistance to victims of violent crime.
Women Veterans Health Care from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs: Provides information about the symptoms of Military Sexual Trauma as well as resources available to women veterans through the Veterans Administration. A link to the vet center locator is provided on the page along with the main benefit line for the Veterans Administration. The Veterans Center closest to Bucks County Community College, Newtown is the Trenton Vet Center located at 934 Parkway Ave., Suite 201, Ewing, NJ 08618, Phone (609) 882-5744. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
