Applications and Deadlines
Financial Aid Applications are accepted at any time during the year, with preference given to applications received by May 1 for students entering in the Fall semester and by November 1 for new students entering for the Spring semester.
Applications received after these dates will be considered late applications and will be reviewed after all on-time applications have received consideration. Late awards are dependent upon available funds.

How to Apply for Summer Financial Aid
You must have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid for the 2024-25 academic year. You must complete a Summer 2025 Financial Aid Application. If applying for a Federal Stafford Direct Student Loan, you must complete a Summer 2025 Federal Stafford Direct Student Loan Request Form. In addition, you must complete a Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling (if one hasn't been completed for prior semesters). Payment is due at the time of registration. Due to immediate payment control, financial aid students are required to pay in full or sign up for payment plan at time of Summer registration to hold classes.

Reapplication for Financial Aid
You must reapply for financial aid each year. New applications are generally available each October for the ensuing academic year. Students who have received financial aid during one academic year will automatically receive a federal renewal application. Preference is given to applications received by May 1 for the Fall semester and November 1 for students entering in the Spring semester. Applications received after the deadlines are processed as soon as administratively possible, dependent upon available funding.
