This course is a continuation of Italian 1A or for those with some previous knowledge of Italian. We will expand
vocabulary and grammar to engage in more detailed use of the language. We will improve grammatical structures as well as speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will be able to handle everyday situations with greater confidence and gain a deeper appreciation of the Italian language by the end of the class.

This class is an introduction to American Sign Language (ASL), one of the primary languages used by the Deaf community in the United States. This class is intended for absolute beginners with no prior knowledge of ASL, and will be taught by a Deaf individual. You will be introduced to ASL grammar, Deaf culture, and the history of Deaf culture and ASL.
Book required: A Basic Course in American Sign Language (Second Edition). Available on Amazon. Approx. $40 and used in all levels of ASL.
