Tuition and Expenses
Approximate Fee Schedule for Class of 2026-2027
- Non-refundable Acceptance Fee: $150 due by June 26, 2026
- Laboratory Fee (includes individual nurse pack with stethoscope): $269 due June 26, 2026
- Tuition (includes all nursing textbooks/eBooks and resources): $15,500
- Divided into three payments:
- Level I: $4,991 on or around July 6, 2026
- Level II: $5,807 due week of October 26, 2026
- Level III: $4,702 due week of March 8, 2027
- Divided into three payments:
- Two Clinical Uniforms with BCCC insigne: $120–$150 (depending on what is chosen) due at time of uniform measurements.
- Additional uniform items:
- White nursing shoes/sneakers
- Watch with a second hand
- Additional uniform items:
- NCLEX Prep Testing Fee: $75 due May 2027
- Graduation Fee (includes cap & gown and nursing pin): $95 due May 2027
Students will receive information regarding fees for application and registration for NCLEX Exam and Temporary Practice Permits prior to graduation. These fees are paid directly to the State Board of Nursing and PearsonVUE at the time of registration, which occurs during the last two weeks of June.
Refund Policy
A student who withdraws from the Practical Nursing Program must notify the director in writing of intent to withdraw and formally request a refund. Tuition Refunds will be processed under the following program policy:
- Drop prior to official start-date of program: 100% refund
- Drop within first 14 days of each level: 100% refund
- Drop within day 15-21 of level 75% refund
- Drop within day 22-30 of level: 50% refund
- Withdrawal after day 30 of level: 0% refund
A student who is dismissed for failure to maintain required grades and meet program expectations is not eligible for a tuition refund.
Please note the acceptance and lab fees are non-refundable. You may appeal to the Director of Practical Nursing for an increase in the amount of your tuition refund. No appeals will be accepted after the level in question ends. Withdrawal/drop is determined by the last day of attendance of the student.
