Bucks 360° Overview

Bucks 360° is a collaborative student support program available for students with financial and academic needs. We aim to help you reach your goals, whatever they might be - employment, graduation, transferring, and more! We serve students across all three Bucks campuses and offer support in-person and virtually.

You will work with a variety of our student support service areas, including advising, Tutoring, and the Summer Bridge Program. You will also have access to a full-time Bucks 360 Coordinator who can offer you support, answer any questions you have related to college life, and connect you with other resources on campus and in the community so you can reach your full potential. 

Bucks 360 is a member of the ACT 101 network of programs sponsored by the state of Pennsylvania. 

Bucks 360 Application

Bucks 360 Students Must:

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year
  • Be a Pennsylvania State Resident 
  • Enrolled in 6+ Credits per Semester
  • Have an Academic Need
  • Have met Financial Need Requirements Set by the State of Pennsylvania and Confirmed by Financial Aid

Bucks 360 Students Receive:

  • $100 Student Stipend for Emergency Expenses 
  • Team of support staff with regular communication (Advising, Counseling, ASC, Financial Aid, etc.)
  • Tutoring and Peer Mentoring
  • Access to Academic Success, Financial Literacy, and Computer Skills Workshops
  • Access to Lending Library
  • Exclusive Social Activities, Community Building, and Off-Campus Trips
  • Support enrolling in the Summer Bridge Program (optional but strongly encouraged)

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I join Bucks 360?

All interested students must complete the Student Agreement form found on our website. 

Through the form, students commit to being actively involved in the Bucks 360 program and choose three goals they want to work on with the assistance of the Bucks 360 program.

What if I missed the Student Agreement deadline?

Reach out to bucks360@bucks.edu if you are still interested! We are able to accept additional students on a limited basis each semester. All Bucks 360 students must submit an agreement and have their financial eligibility confirmed by Financial Aid through the Bucks 360 program. 

Does it cost anything to join Bucks 360?

No, the program is fully funded by the state government of Pennsylvania. Participation is free for any student who meets all of the program requirements and completes the Student Agreement form. 

What can Bucks 360 help me with?

All Bucks 360 students have access to a full-time Bucks 360 Coordinator designed to help students reach their goals.

They also serve as a contact students can reach out to at any time to get answers to any questions or to address any challenges or concerns they have during their college experience. The Bucks 360 Coordinator is also here to connect students to additional resources like Counseling, Tutoring, Career Services, Student Life, and more based on the student's needs and goals.

I have a busy schedule. Is Bucks 360 still a good fit for me?

The program is designed to be flexible and fit around your schedule. You can get support in-person, online, or over the phone at the times that work best for you. 

Additionally, Bucks 360 is here to help offer tips and support to help manage a busy schedule. Our goal is to help students succeed academically while balancing classes, work, campus involvement, family responsibilities, and more. 

 

How do I know if I qualify?

First, complete the form on our website. 

From there, Bucks 360 staff members will ensure that you have met the financial requirements by working with our Financial Aid office.

Students must also display an academic need which includes, but is not limited to, being enrolled in or having previously taken developmental courses, learning English as a Second Language, being a first-generation college student, transferring to Bucks from another college or university, and more.
