Camp Cancellation Information
- Please make sure you register early to help avoid camp cancellations.
- The week before a camp is scheduled to run, we look at the enrollment numbers and will make a final decision if a camp has enough registrations to run. If we need to cancel a camp due to low enrollment, our Registration Office will notify you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- If we need to cancel a camp for any reason, we will make every attempt to place your camper in another camp. Otherwise, we will give you a full refund for the camp that we cancelled.
- If you decide to move your camper to another camp and that camp has a higher price point than the camp we cancelled, you will need to pay the difference. This is due to the camp supplies fees that are included in the price of the camp.
- If you decide to move your camper to another camp and that camp has a lower price point than the camp we cancelled, we will refund you the difference.

The Bucks Dispatch: Creative Thinking Through the Newspaper Format RCHYC 6281 C01
Have you ever wanted to be a reporter? What if you could report about an alien invasion? Or a barn animal uprising? Well now you can! This 4-day course will walk you through the process of becoming a creative journalist, including how to find your story and capturing a photo of it in action. Together we will develop a story of your choosing into a headline-worthy article that any publisher would die for!

Mock Trial 2 RCHYC 5725 C01
*This is an advanced course and is recommended for campers who have basic Mock Trial skills learned from our Mock Trial 1 camp or from their Mock Trial clubs at school.
Campers will learn how to qualify an expert and how to introduce archival documents into evidence. They will research the historical topic selected for the trial and will write witness statements for each witness as well as an “expert” historian. On the last day of camp, they will present the trial to a jury.

Young Entrepreneurs Camp RCHYC 6276 C01
Welcome to Young Entrepreneurs Camp, where creativity meets business acumen! This camp is designed for budding innovators and future leaders who are eager to explore the world of entrepreneurship. Throughout this engaging and dynamic program, campers will embark on an exciting journey to develop their entrepreneurial skills, ignite their creativity, and cultivate a mindset of innovation.
During their time at Young Entrepreneurs Camp, campers will immerse themselves in a variety of hands-on activities, workshops, and interactive sessions tailored to their age group. They will have the opportunity to brainstorm, plan, and execute their own business ideas, learning the fundamentals of market research, product development, branding, ands sales strategies. Through team challenges and real-world simulations, campers will gain practical experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication.
Campers will form friendships, work in teams, and build confidence as they step into the shoes of entrepreneurs. By the end of the camp, they will have the opportunity to showcase their projects and ideas, celebrating their achievements and newfound skills.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee for any cancellations and/or camper transfer out of a TB Children’s Services LLC camp.
Merging of Worlds: Using Technology for Creative Writing RCHYC 6280 C1
Is it true that art and technology can’t exist side by side? In this camp, participants will learn strategies to use Artificial Intelligence as a tool for writing support and creative expression.
Participants will engage with non-fiction and science fiction stories across different mediums, unpacking the pros and cons of the technological boom of the past two centuries. After exploring these issues, participants will learn how to use AI tools, and engage in creative writing exercises.

Bakers will be immersed in the experience of running their own bakery as we indulge in many different tasty treats! Also, bakers will have the opportunity to develop recipes to try! Percussion Workshop RCHYC 6260 C01
This 5-day camp is designed for middle and high school students interested in enhancing their percussion skills. The instructors will cover many styles of percussion with an emphasis on strong technical skills and campers will be exposed to percussion ensemble playing. Each day will be spent rehearsing percussion ensemble music, with lessons on all the percussion instruments, snare drum, timpani, mallets, orchestra, and world percussion.

What is folklore, and how are we able to remember these stories so well? In this camp, participants will learn how to develop interesting and unique characters through reading and engaging with folklore from across the globe.
Participants will gain exposure to different genres of storytelling, and unpack the main elements, including characterization, archetypes, protagonists and antagonists, and heroes and villains. After exploring these across a wide variety of texts, participants will engage in creating their own characters in response to all the concepts learned. They will share these with their camp-mates, and draft the stories that they wish to insert these characters in.
