Winter Break
December 24, 2024 to January 1, 2025
The College will be on winter break from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, January 2.
Academic & Support Services for Winter Session
Bucks Online
Bucks Online staff will be monitoring and responding to emails sent to online@bucks.edu (except on observed holidays) and will respond appropriately based on priority. Plan ahead for tutoring, library, and other resources you might need!
- For immediate Canvas help:
- Call the Canvas 24/7 Support Hotline at 1-855-338-1615.
- Or, once you are logged into Canvas on a computer, click the Help link at the bottom left-side of the global Canvas navigation menu.
- Using the Canvas mobile app on an android phone/device, click on the three vertical bar menu at the top left, then click on the cogwheel (settings) icon on the top right, then click on the Help link.
- Using the Canvas mobile app on an iPhone/iPad, click on the three vertical bar menu at the top left, then click on the Help link.
Note: 24/7 Canvas support cannot assist students with login issues. The Bucks IT Help Desk can provide assistance with login issues.
Bucks IT Help Desk and Service Center
During winter break, IT Help Desk staff will be periodically monitoring requests and will respond appropriately based on priority.
- Users experiencing technology issues or having log in or password issues should email the Help Desk at helpdesk@bucks.edu. Please include detailed information about the issue along with your contact information.
Library
- Access to the library catalog, online databases, online tutorials, and more are available on the Library website.
- Library hours for physical campus locations and virtual services are posted here.
Academic Success Center (ASC)
- Limited online tutoring for select subjects may be available. Success Advocates, will be available during the session to help students get acclimated to Bucks and answer questions about College services.

Bookstore
- Purchase your textbook(s) or school supplies online or in person.
- For assistance, email bucks@bkstr.com or visit the website for store hours.
Testing Center
