Message from the Vice President for Advancement & Alumni Relations and Executive
Dear Friends of Bucks,
Since the early 1980s, the Foundation at Bucks County Community College has played a pivotal role in supporting the College’s mission to change lives through education. As the new vice president for advancement and alumni relations and executive director of the Foundation, I am excited to continue this legacy of fostering growth and ensuring that our students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Make an Impact
The Foundation serves as a vital partner in advancing the College’s goals, helping to provide essential funding for scholarships, equipment, facility improvements and educational endowments. By giving through the Foundation, you directly contribute to the transformative impact Bucks has on its students and community. Whether through charitable donations, tax-advantaged contributions via the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, attending special events, or creating partnerships in our workforce development program, your support makes a tangible difference.
Ways to Give to Bucks
I encourage you to explore the many ways you can invest in the future of Bucks County Community College, including our Ways to Donate pages. Opportunities are available to support student scholarships, campus enhancements and long-term funding for vital educational programs. For those interested in leaving a lasting legacy, our Leave a Legacy program offers a personal way to honor a loved one through a commemorative bench, brick or tree on one of our three campuses. Additional investment opportunities, such as naming gifts and planned giving through your estate, are also available and can be customized to meet your interests.
Bucks Alumni
If you have completed 30 credits or more at Bucks, you are automatically considered an alumnus of Bucks County Community College and a member of our Alumni Association—a network of more than 30,000 proud graduates. Through your participation, you help strengthen the College and ensure that future generations of students have the opportunity to achieve their educational and career goals. I invite you to engage with the Alumni Association and explore the professional and personal benefits available to all members, including networking with fellow alumni and sharing your Bucks experience to help others find success.
On behalf of the board of directors and our dedicated staff, thank you for your continued support. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and help Bucks County Community College continue to thrive. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any member of our team with questions or suggestions.
We value your relationship with Bucks and look forward to working with you to change lives through education.
Warm regards,

Karen O’Donnell
