Hands-on Electric Vehicle Conversion Workshop

Led by Jenny Isaacs and Bill Kirkpatrick this six-day, hands-on course will give participants direct experience converting an existing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle to battery-electric drive.  The course is suitable for individuals wanting to perform their own conversions, automotive technology teachers, and technicians interested in exploring potential of this green niche business.  The cost of the course is $620 per person.

Jenny and Bill have successfully co-taught two workshops on converting internal combustion vehicles to pure electric vehicles.  Brandon Hollinger, who will help in the preparation of the vehicle has already converted a gas vehicle to electric, was recently featured on time.com’s website http://www.time.com/time/video/player/0,32068,990054967001_2077261,00.html.
