Transcript Information

Your transcript is the official, permanent record of all the courses you have taken while attending Bucks County Community College. There are three (3) types of transcripts and, depending on your association with the College you may have a transcript in each level.

  1. Undergraduate Transcript – contains all credit courses
  2. Continuing Education Transcript – contains all LPN and Radiography courses
  3. Public Safety Transcript – contains all Fire School courses

In accordance with the Public Information Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA) of 1974, as amended, student academic records are classified as confidential and may be released only with the student’s written authorization and signature. NO ONE ELSE (including your spouse, parent, etc.) can request your transcript, as your written permission is required by law. Bucks County Community College has authorized Parchment to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of student transcripts. Transcripts will not be issued if any outstanding obligation exists with Bucks County Community College.

How To Order Your Transcript

Register with Parchment to request a Bucks County Community College Undergraduate transcript.

A one-time account set up is required. You will be asked for your:

  • First name, last name
  • Birth date, gender  and last four digits of your SSN
  • Email address

This information is required to ensure proper student matching. Please be sure to fill all required information as indicated by an *.

Once you have completed the set up, you will receive an email from Parchment asking you to confirm your email address. Once you do that, you are ready to begin requesting transcripts through the Parchment website. All transcripts sent through Parchment are official.

A hold on your account will not prevent you from requesting a transcript through Parchment and you will be assessed the transcript fee. However, we will not be able to release your transcript until the hold is resolved. If you resolve your hold within 30 days, we will be able to act on the request; if you do not resolve the hold within 30 days, you must re-submit the request and you will be charged an additional transcript fee.

Transcript requests are not accepted through telephone.

Transcript Fee

The transcript cost is based on the method of delivery.  During the ordering process, you will be able to see the exact charge prior to entering your credit card information. Transcript fees must be paid by credit card at the time of the order. Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Normal Delivery:  $2.50 per transcript

Overnight Delivery: Fee determined by provider

Parchment should be contacted for questions concerning the Parchment registration or ordering process or for user interface issues.

For inquiries concerning a transcript that cannot be released because of a hold or obligation, please contact Lori Newman, Transcript Specialist, at, or 215-968-8115. Ms. Newman will be able to tell you what holds or obligations are on your record but you will have to resolve any issues with the office issuing the hold or obligation.

Other Ordering Options

The following options are still available, but will be produced manually; paper copies will be sent via the U.S. Mail.  You will not be able to track transcripts ordered outside of Parchment. The fees remain the same.

  • Order your transcripts through WebAdvisor if you have an active WebAdvisor account.
  • Order your transcript in person at all three campuses:

Office of Admissions, Records & Registration, Newtown:                 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

Office of Student Services, Newtown: During evening and weekend hours***

Monday – Thursday: 4:30 p.m. 8:00 p.m.;

Upper Bucks Campus, North Desk

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Lower Bucks Campus, Front Desk 

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. No Saturday hours
