Lego Animation
(for grades 4-8)
Stop Motion is a powerful animation technique that makes static objects appear to be moving. In this camp, you will use Lego bricks and found objects. Brainstorm your ideas, create the storyboard, construct the props, shoot the still frames and then, using Movie Maker, create the finished animation. Student animations will be uploaded to the internet on teachertube.com. Kara Chrin, B.A.

Digital Photography
(for grades 5-8)
Ever wonder how Digital Photography works? This class will teach you. You will also learn how to compose better pictures, download photographs and edit them. You will take pictures around campus to fulfill specific photography assignments. Later you’ll edit those images on the computer and print them. A display of your efforts will cap off the week. Students must bring their own digital camera and cabling wire and extra battery. Stacey Yiengst, M.Ed.
