Tutoring Center

Welcome to the Tutoring Center!  Our Centers provide a friendly place where you can receive academic assistance for your classes.  Our goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to be successful in your coursework and in your academic, professional, and personal pursuits.

Tutoring is offered at all three Campuses, plus online, for many subject areas.  Please click on the link of the particular subject below for a listing of hours at each Campus.

Please note: The Tutoring Center will be closed at Newtown, LBC, and UBC from Wednesday, 11/26/14 through Friday, 11/28/14 for the Thanksgiving break.  Online tutoring will be available during these days and over the weekend, except for Thursday, 11/27/14.  Please click on Online Tutoring to the left to view subject-specific schedules.  Please click on Schedule Appointment to schedule your own appointment for these days.  Please call the Newtown Center at 215-968-8044 with any questions.

Our Mission Statement

The purpose of the Bucks County Community College Tutoring Center is to provide tutorial services at no additional cost to students enrolled in select courses offered by the College, in particular, to those students who would like assistance in mathematics, accounting, computer science, economics, science, nursing, writing, reading, study skills, American English as a second language, music, and foreign languages.  The Center provides this assistance in cooperation and accordance with the guidelines and objectives recommended by the appropriate departments.  We are committed to assisting students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their coursework and in their academic, professional, and personal pursuits.
