Academic Success Center

Welcome to the Academic Success Center (formerly the Tutoring Center)!  Our Centers provide a friendly place where you can receive academic assistance for your classes.  Our goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to be successful in your coursework and in your academic, professional, and personal pursuits.

Tutoring is offered at all three Campuses, plus online, for many subject areas.  Please click on the link of the particular subject below for a listing of hours at each Campus.

You may  schedule, cancel, and view appointments, as well as view drop-in hours, for face-to-face and online tutoring through the Center's scheduling system by clicking on Schedule Appointment on the left-hand menu.  Text message alerts are now available! Follow the Schedule Appointment link for directions and additional information.  Please call the Newtown Center at 215-968-8044 with any questions.

Please note: Tutoring for the Summer Sessions will begin on May 22nd. You can click on the Subjects link on the left-hand side to access the schedules.  Click on Schedule Appointment to schedule an appointment or view current drop-in hours yourself, click on Tutoring Appointment Request to submit a form request, or call the Newtown Campus to request an appointment or check drop-in hours.

Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Bucks County Community College Academic Success Center is to provide tutorial and peer mentoring services at no additional cost to students enrolled at the College. The Center provides this assistance in cooperation and accordance with the guidelines and objectives recommended by the appropriate departments. We are committed to assisting students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their coursework and in their academic, professional, and personal pursuits.
