The methodology of documenting historic sites will be studied and applied to local buildings and structures. -
Required Course Content and Direction

Learning Goals:
- To introduce the student to various programs of documentation and recognition
- To acquaint students for the preparation of County and National registry nomination forms
- To become familiar with methods and skills associated with title searches, research, drafting floor plans, photography, and writing architectural descriptions and statements

- Historic Survey Program in Bucks County
- Introduction to vernacular architecture
- Architectural styles
- Drawing floor plans and writing physical descriptions
