Cisco Certified Network Associate Security
CCNA Security is designed for Networking Academy students seeking career-oriented, entry-level security specialist skills. Prospective students include individuals enrolled in technology degree programs at institutions of higher education and IT professionals who want to enhance their core routing and switching skills.
CCNA Security v1.1 is a new minor release that includes new content and labs that align to the updated Cisco IOS Network Security (IINS) certification exam (640-554). Major changes include the addition of the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA), and Cisco Configuration Professional (CCP) replaced Security Device Manager (SDM) throughout the course content and labs.
