Science Survivor Camp

Give your child the experience of opening up their eyes to the magic in the world around them. The Science Survivor Camp week will teach your child to discover the science present in the world around them. Children will work in groups to collaboratively and creatively make observations, conduct hands-on experiments, and solve problems.

Kids in Focus Photography Camp I

The Kids in Focus Photography Camp I offers children a fun and interactive camp to learn to use a camera and manual settings, to use light to create images and to learn to use rules of composition.  The children will create images and begin to define their own specific photographic style. Kids in Focus Photography Camp II

Ages 13 to 16

July 17-July 21

The Kids in Focus Photography Camp II takes children with a previous knowledge of photography to a new level.  Children will experience a fun and interactive camp to learn to effectively use manual settings, to use light to create powerful images, to learn rules of composition in greater detail as well as learn when and how to effectively break those rules, in addition to learning posing and communication techniques for working with people.  The children will create powerful images and define their own specific photographic style.         

*Digital SLR cameras are required.

Creative Concepts Art Camp

9:00a.m. - 3:30pm

Ages 8 to 11

July 24-July 28

The Creative Concepts program offers children a chance to explore art and the power of creativity. Each day, students will experiment with a different mediums, create different types of images, and challenge them to think about not only the intention of the art they’ve created, but also what the lines and shapes of the piece may convey to others.
