ACE (Aviation Career Education) ACADEMY (ages 10-14) New!
Consider a future in the Aero Space Industry. Take the first step and attend the Ace Academy. Meet the experts in the field of aviation, pilots, air traffic controllers etc. Participate in many activities relating to aviation history and the physics of flight. Students will build balsa wood models, fly with the help of flight simulation software and take a trip to an airport. Join us and take to the skies!!

Podcasting (ages 7-9)
Have fun creating your own show with sound and pictures. Learn the basics of podcasting from writing a

Study Skills for Savvy Students (ages 9-12)
Half Day Camp - 9 am-noon only!
Get a head start and improve your grades by learning memory improvement, time management, reading techniques, note taking, and test preparation. Several techniques and skills will be introduced in an effort to help you determine which methods work best for you. Exercises focusing on reading, listening, following instructions, organization, and timed situations are part of each camp session. Explore how studying can be exciting and fun, once you discover the tools you need to
achieve!

LEGO Animation (ages 9-12)
Stop Motion is a powerful animation technique that makes static objects appear to be moving. In this camp, you will use Lego bricks and found objects. Brainstorm your ideas, create the storyboard, construct the props, shoot the still frames and then, using Movie Maker, create the finished animation. Student animations will be uploaded to the internet onteachertube.com.

Use Game Maker software to develop mazes, puzzles, games and more. Learn the basics of game design without having to type code. Using drag-and-drop actions, you can create professional style games. You can make games with backgrounds, animated graphics, music, sound effects and a
scoreboard.
