This combined 120-hour course covers all of the topics included in the 80-hour Medical Billing & Coding course and also includes administrative office skills in operational, customer service, patient care, billing and administrative skills. Completion of this course and the suggested practical work experience (6 months to 2 years), should qualify you to sit for the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC)-Certified Professional Coder Exam (CPC or CPC-H Apprentice); the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) Certified Coding Associate (CCA) exam; and/or other National Certification Exams.
