Recruit a Qualified Intern
Complete the Internship Interest Form and once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by the Director of Center for Student Employment and Career Development as well as appropriate Department Dean. Their goal is to help facilitate the process of finding a great intern to meets your needs.
Begin searching 3 to 4 months before you want an intern to start. If you are interested in hiring an intern, please complete the link to the Interest Form at the end of this document.
Interviewing is an important part of this process for a student. Please be sure to interview the candidates you select. Once you have determined your top candidates, arrange an interview in a timely manner (best practices: 3-5 days). A sample interview structure can be found under Resources. On average, up to 45% of the students stay on full-time upon graduation from college.
