More than Two Dozen Adults Graduate from Free Job-Skills Training
Bucks County Community College partnered with Morrisville Senior Servicenter to offer career workshops for adults over age 55 through a state grant
Bucks County Community College recently celebrated more than two-dozen older adults who completed six weeks of free job-skills training at the Morrisville Senior Servicenter.
Graduates completed classes in computer skills and career workshops, including resume writing, interviewing, and networking. Courses were led by Bucks County Community College instructors who specialize in mid- to late-career transitions. The program is funded by a $145,000 state grant for job training and transportation needs.
