Bucks County Community College, which has been launching futures for more than 60 years, invites prospective students and their families to four Open House events to discover all that Bucks has to offer.

“Choosing what comes next is a very personal decision, especially at a time when families are asking important questions about cost, value, career opportunities, and the return on investment,” said Yolonda Udvardy, Ed.D., vice president of enrollment management. “Our Open House events are an opportunity to explore those questions in a very real way, to meet faculty, understand academic and career pathways, learn about transfer opportunities and financial aid, and see how Bucks can help students move forward with a plan that makes sense for their goals and their future.”

Thanks to the College’s 2+2 dual admission pathways, students can save 28% - 68% on the cost of a bachelor’s degree by starting their first two years at Bucks County Community College, which is consistently ranked among the top in the state.

Research.com ranked Bucks the No. 2 Best Value College in Pennsylvania and No. 8 Most Affordable College in Pennsylvania among all colleges in 2026. Niche, a popular college search site, recently ranked Bucks as the #1 Best Community College in the Philadelphia area.

Bucks offers more than 90 transfer and job-ready programs that lead to either an associate degree or a shorter-term certificate. Many programs provide a quick pathway to begin or change careers. In addition, the College offers a variety of professional certification and non-credit lifelong learning opportunities.

What’s more, Bucks offers a vibrant, engaging student experience with more than 40 student clubs and organizations, 14 intercollegiate sports teams and intramurals, community service projects, student leadership opportunities, and college-wide events. Representatives from the Student Life and Athletics departments will be on hand as well as the Academic Schools, Admissions, Advising, Bucks Honors, Co-op Education & Career Services, Financial Aid, Transfer Services, Workforce Development, and a host of others.
