Winter 2020/2021 Online Support Options
Tutoring Options
While the physical ASC locations are closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the ASC has expanded our online tutoring and mentoring options. Below please find the subject specific schedules and offerings for Winter 2020/2021, along with appropriate links to schedule a session or submit online questions. Tutoring will be offered from Monday, 12/21/2020 through Sunday, 1/17/2021. Please see the schedule link below for the subjects offered during Winter Session and for scheduling information. Please note: No tutoring will be available on the following College holidays: 12/24/2020, 12/25/2020, 12/31/2020, or 1/1/2021.

To make Phone or Online Appointments, use your Bucks username and Password to log-in to TutorTrac and select “Search for Availability.” All appointments will be scheduled in the “Online” ASC location when prompted.
Over Winter Session, the schedule will be updated at 10am, 4pm, and 8pm daily. This means:
- Appointments before 11am must be scheduled by 8pm the night before
- Appointments between 11am and 5pm must be scheduled by 10am the day of
- Appointments between 5pm and 9pm must be scheduled by 4pm the day of

Peer Mentoring Options
Success Advocates will offer peer mentoring by request over Winter Sessions for students who would like assistance getting acclimated to the College or who have questions about College services. To contact a Success Advocate, please visit the Success Advocates page. You can submit an Interest Form to be connected to an Advocate or submit a question using the Ask a Mentor form. Please call the Center's main number at 215-968-8044 and leave a voicemail with any questions. Messages will be checked at 10am, 4pm, and 8pm each day.
