New Pi Xi Chapter
Prepares for The Fall Semester
New Chapter
Spirit Aims To Be Successful
Last May, the Bucks County Community College Phi Theta Kappa Chapter, Pi Xi,
elected its new executive board for the upcoming Fall '00 / Spring '01
college year. So with unparalleled
enthusiasm, we welcome you fellow Phi Theta
Kappans, faculty, and friends of Bucks County Community College to a brand
new, exciting, and upcoming year!
The new executive board comes in with nothing but a
mountainful of new ideas, energy, and campus oriented goals in mind. We
recognize that each new year is always a challenge and an adventure, but we
are excited by these challenges and look to face them together as a united
team! We truly are more than just an honor society.
Elected to serve for the upcoming year are: Danielle
Picciani as Service VP, April Rodkey as Fellowship VP, Mike McGough as Membership Liaison, Michael Weinelt
as
Treasurer, Roz Strauss as Recording Secretary, Rose Quesenberry as Service
Co-VP, and Brian Goodman as Chapter President. Chapter advisors are Prof.
Charlie Beem, returning for his fourteenth year, and instructor Diane Murphy
for her fourth year. Click on the "People Power" icon on the

It is said that there are no speed limits on the road to
excellence. We'll Pi Xi will be on that road, and we can not be fined for
speeding! Pi Xi has had a long BCCC tradition of striving to be uniquely
excellent, synergizing to drive achievement, and an indomitable spirit to
make a difference, and we shall continue this tradition!
Our chapter vision is one of building a strong Phi
Theta Kappa chapter
for the students of Bucks County Community College to be proud of, to join and have fun with, and to
use as their vehicle to make a difference!
Our chapter mission is to remain a successful and
recognized Phi Theta Kappa chapter on and off campus. Greatness is difficult
to achieve, harder still to sustain, but we are up to the challenge!
Our chapter goal is to create a climate to allow
everyone: members, advisors, and alumni alike to release their energies to
succeed in all their chapter endeavors. With all this released energy, there
will be nothing we can't achieve together!
Phi Theta Kappa... feel the energy, feel the power, feel the success!
