Crime reporting is an important part of our ability to prevent and investigate crime, and ensure all campus community members enjoy as safe an environment as possible in which to learn and grow socially and academically. However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable in reporting crimes, incidents or suspicious persons and/or activities, due to personal safety concerns.

In an effort to encourage everyone to become involved in creating a safe atmosphere free from possible crime and/or intimidation, the Office of Security and Safety is providing you with this anonymous crime reporting form. Please fill out the form in its entirety and forward it using the method provided by the college. Rest assured you will be submitting this form anonymously and the Office of Security and Safety will follow up with an investigation of the information you provide.
