We do this by:
- featuring fresh, delicious, local produce
- reducing our number of weekly deliveries
- instituting a no-idling policy
- reducing water usage and waste
- recycling in our kitchen and dining room
- reclaiming used cooking oil for biofuel conversion
- offering used coffee grinds and produce trimmings for composting
We will continue to develop green dining initiatives
