Alternate Payment Methods
3rd Party Sponsorships vs. Tuition Reimbursement
Please note that there is a difference between 3rd party sponsorships and tuition reimbursement. A 3rd party sponsor pays most, or all of your tuition and possible fees before the class starts. Tuition reimbursement is paid by your employer to you after you have presented your grades to them.
If you have tuition reimbursement from your employer, you must pay for classes by the tuition due date before the semester begins.
3rd Party Sponsorships
If you are sponsored by a third party, you must bring proof of your sponsorship with you at time of registration. This can be in the form of a letter from your human resources department, telling BCCC what they will pay (tuition, or tuition and fees), and that BCCC must send a bill to the company for reimbursement. UPS employees should register with their BCCC program coordinators located at our campus in Newtown. Please note that it is the student's responsibility to provide us with this information. If this information is not provided by the payment due date, then you run the risk of being dropped from your classes. If your plan does not pay all of your charges, you are responsible for paying the remainder, and you will not be able to register for the following semester until you have a zero balance.
If you are paying with a TAP Account, you must provide proof of the account to the Student Accounts office. You can do this either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, fax to (215-497-8738) or coming to our office on the first floor of the Linksz Pavilion. The proof can be either in the form of an account statement that has the student's name on it, or you can have the TAP Account administrator send us a letter. Our address is BCCC, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940, ATTN: Student Accounts. Once this information is received, we will ensure that the student's account is updated, and they will not be dropped from their classes. If this is not done by the payment due date, then you run the risk of being dropped from your classes.
