
The Online Learning Office strives to provide quick, accurate, and friendly service to all students whose courses are using online technologies. Staff members are trained to respond to the learning technology questions and needs of students in eLearning, Hybrid and Face-To-Face courses.
The Office provides first-line troubleshooting for students having difficulty with Bb Vista courseware, and can refer more complex problems to technicians for resolution.
The Online Learning Office serves as an ombudsman for students in eLearning
and Hybrid courses and will provide the following services for these
students upon request:
