The college has developed a Guide to Responsible Use of Electronic Communication at BCCC. The aim of this policy is to respect the rights and needs of all authorized users of electronic information and communication sources at the college.

Online Learners should familiarize themselves with this policy as many eLearning and hybrid courses make extensive use of electronic tools, such as email, FAX machines, voicemail, online course spaces, and library databases.

Failure to adhere to the guidelines can result in disciplinary action as specified in the Student Code of Conduct.
