Bb Vista Course Space Request Form

This form is for use by credit course instructors who want to supplement their face-to-face instruction with a Bb Vista space. It is NOT necessary for eLearning and Hybrid credit course instructors to submit this form. eLearning and hybrid credit course spaces will be built based upon information supplied in the Course Manager.
This form is also for use by non-credit instructors teaching in any modality (totally online/hybrid/f2f supplement) who wish to use Bb Vista.
You must provide the EXACT course number AND section number or students cannot be loaded into the course space.
Please submit a separate form for each course and section, unless requesting a combined section space.
If you have special course space request needs, for example, you are creating a template for your department, please indicate your needs in the comments box at the bottom of the form.
If you are requesting a generic development space, please complete the section number box with "???"

IMPORTANT NOTE: Course spaces are built once a week on Thursday afternoons. Requests received by 4pm Wednesday will be included in the next day's auto-build process. Requests received after 4pm Wednesday will be built the following Thursday.
