Counseling - 215-968-8182
Student Planning Counselors are available to assist you with making decisions related to your course selections, choice of major, career path, job search process, transfer planning as well as help dealing with personal situations that may be affecting your ability to succeed academically. A counselor can be reached by email at counseling@bucks.edu or by phoning 215-968-8182.
Please use these guidelines for emailing your advisor whenever you seek advice via email.
- In-person advising is preferable to e-mail advising. However, often it is more convenient to ask a question via e-mail than to come to campus. We offer e-mail advising as a service to supplement our person-to-person interaction.
- To protect your privacy, do not include your social security number with your e-mail question.u
- We will not send information regarding your personal student record via e-mail. You can view your BCCC academic records using Web Advisor. (link to Web Advisor)
- It is in your best interest to communicate with Advisors and Instructors using your BCCC email account - which is free for your use and password protected.
- If not using your validated BCCC student e-mail account, know that the BCCC advisor will use your provided BCCC student ID number to validate your identity.
- Once you provide your student id number and questions specific to your academic (or financial) situation, a BCCC advisor will review your record in order to answer your questions.
