New Round of Summer Courses Begins Soon at Bucks
Register in person June 24, 26, 30, or July 1 for a variety of classes that start July 7 at campuses in Newtown, Upper and Lower Bucks, and online.
College students looking to earn more credits this summer still have time register for courses at Bucks County Community College.
Classes run July 7 to August 14 at Newtown, the Lower Bucks Campus in Bristol, the Upper Bucks Campus in Perkasie, and online. Offerings range from Accounting to Web and Interactive Design, from Biology to Psychology, and many other subjects in between.
Summer courses at Bucks are an ideal way for students to reach their academic goals. Visiting students can take courses online or in person at Bucks, then transfer credits back to their “home” college or university. Most credits transfer seamlessly, although students must check with their academic advisor first. Advanced high school students may also register with written permission from their guidance counselor. Tuition is only $123 a credit for Bucks County residents.
Students can register online at www.bucks.edu/summer through July 5. In-person registration takes place on the following dates and locations:
- Tuesday, June 24
- 4 – 7 p.m., Upper Bucks Campus
- Thursday, June 26
- 4 – 7 p.m., Lower Bucks Campus
- Monday, June 30, & Tuesday, July 1
