LAST CHANCE: ‘Tuxedo’ Features Black and White Art at The Gallery at LBC

Local artists’ work is on exhibition in Bristol Township through 4 p.m. today; each piece sold benefits Bucks scholarships.

The Gallery at Lower Bucks Campus, the permanent exhibition space at Bucks County Community College in Bristol Township, features “Tuxedo” through 4 p.m. today

“Tuxedo” includes more than 140 works of art in black and white.

Participating in the show are members of Artists of Bristol on the Delaware, Artsbridge, Artists of Yardley, the New Hope Art League, and individual artists.

For each piece sold, 25 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the BCCC Foundation’s Scholarship Fund.

The Gallery at Lower Bucks Campus is located on the first level of the college at 1304 Veterans Highway, Bristol, Pa., 19007. It is open during regular campus hours. Admission and parking are free.  For information, call 267-685-4800. 

‌Forthcoming exhibitions include: 

  • “‘Tis the Season,” featuring artwork representative of the holiday/winter season; Nov. 4 – Jan. 2.
  • “Show Some heART 125,” the Gallery at Lower Bucks Campus’s signature exhibition, featuring a diverse collection of art available for purchase at $125 apiece, with $25 from each purchase donated to the Bucks County Community College Foundation's Scholarship Fund; Feb. 7 – March 21.
  • “Simply Green,” featuring artwork that promotes sustainable living, all made of recycled materials or promoting some element of sustainability or environmental concern; April 7 – May 16.


The Gallery at Lower Bucks Campus is supported by the Arts and Cultural Council of Bucks County, Artists of Bristol on the Delaware, Artists of Yardley, Artsbridge, Bucks County Community College’s Department of the Arts, the BCCC Foundation, and the Grundy Foundation.
