Using the Internet, Sunlight’s Reporting Group empowers other journalists and the public with transparency tools to provide access to government information and put it to use.

Kiely is the former managing editor for politics at the National Journal and former political reporter for USA TODAY who has covered every presidential campaign since 1980. She earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her master’s degree from American University.

The lecture, which is free and open to the public, takes place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Gallagher Room of the Rollins Center on the campus at 275 Swamp Rd., Newtown, Pa
