Several New Professionals Join College’s Business Development Branch
The colleagues at the Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education divisions help businesses train employees.
Bucks County Community College introduces the following new additions to the Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education departments. The noncredit divisions of the college help businesses meet their training, business growth, and professional development needs.
Lauren Loeffler, Executive Director, Center for Workforce Development
As Executive Director, Lauren (pictured, second from left) brings 20 years of management, sales and operations experience from Fortune 500 companies and private industry to Bucks County Community College. Her goal is to implement creative strategies to develop business and training opportunities for the college, employers and students. Lauren is a 30-year resident of Bucks County and is enjoying the collaborative working environment at the college.
Dan Loeper, Director, Center for Workforce Development
Dan (pictured, right) brings over 20 years of sales and business development experience to Bucks County Community College. Prior to joining Bucks, Dan held sales and leadership positions with organizations including EBSCO and Swets Information Services. He lives in Holland with his wife and three school-age children, and is actively involved with many organizations in his community.
Mike Reil, Director, Center for Workforce Development
Mike (pictured, left) brings over 25 years of sales and sales-management experience to Bucks County Community College, including more than a dozen years in human capital development and performance improvement. Prior to joining the college, he led teams in organizations such as Modern Group Ltd. and Rice Cohen International. Mike resides in Levittown with his wife, three children and two dogs.
Maryann Brennan, Director, Continuing Education
Maryann (not pictured) has been affiliated with the college for over 18 years. Many of those years were spent as a contract instructor for Business and Industry/Center for Workforce Development. Five years ago, Maryann attained a full-time grant position with the college as the Computer Instructor/Coordinator located off campus at the PA CareerLink in Bristol. In June of 2012, Maryann transferred over to the Newtown Campus as Career Coach for the TAACCCT grant. In November of 2012, she accepted her current position as Director, Continuing Education. She brings a wealth experience to the position and her team.
Jeanine Belcher, Business Operations Manager, Continuing Education
Jeanine (pictured, second from right) brings to the college a vast amount of experience in managing program costs and financial analysis. After starting her career at Lockheed Martin in the Business Operations Department, she took time off from her career to be a stay-at-home mom. Now back in the workforce, Jeanine is enthusiastic to be a part of the Continuing Education Team. She lives in Bucks County with her husband and 2 daughters and spends her spare time volunteering in her children’s schools and their church.
