Once celebrated as the workshop of the world, the neighborhoods of Port Richmond, Fishtown & Kensington boast artist studios, converted textile mills, ethnic churches & gritty row homes. Guided by Tony Wolf, our tour includes a ride on the Frankford El, tokens provided.
