Introduction to Golf
This course is designed to introduce the beginner
to the game of golf, including swing basics and
necessary information to create a comfort level
when playing golf. You will learn what you need
to know to go out and play with confidence,
whether you want to enjoy the game for business
or pleasure! (Classes will be held rain or shine)

Posture and Flexibility:
Sit & Stretch
Appropriate for anyone who wants to
stretch at their desk, has difficulty
stretching on the floor, or is wheelchairbound.
Learn a lifetime of healing
movement to create balance and
symmetry in your body. Learn the importance of
posture and create a customized stretching
routine to release chronic tension in your
muscles. Learn simple strategies to prevent
and/or alleviate injuries, repetitive strain and"age-related" ailments. Please wear comfortable
workout-type clothing.

Therapeutic Stretching to
Promote Self Healing
Learn a lifetime of healing
movement to create balance and
symmetry in your body. Learn the
importance of posture and create a
customized stretching routine to release chronic
tension in your muscles. Learn simple strategies
to prevent and/or alleviate injuries, repetitive
strain and "age-related" ailments. Appropriate for
anyone from the professional athlete to those
recovering from injury. Please wear comfortable
workout-type clothing and bring a mat or towel.
