New Student Orientation - Fall 2009
Welcome to Bucks County Community College!
All of us here at the college are excited about helping you achieve all of your educational goals. We have an outstanding staff that will support you and open you to new experiences in and out of the class. Now that you are an official student at Bucks County Community College, it is important for you to reserve your place at one of our New Student Orientation programs.
Why is New Student Orientation so important?
We want you to be successful! Our new students need to feel comfortable with the college and have a firm understanding of all the student services, available programs, and opportunities that we provide. We have staff and a team of Orientation leaders assigned to help you get answers and guidance. Whether you are just out of high school or are returning to college after many years in the workforce, we have a New Student Orientation program for you.
Can my family attend?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage it. Family support is an important factor in student success. We offer specially designed programs for family members to acquaint themselves with the people, places, and services we offer at Bucks. College staff are available for any questions family members may have.
How do I reserve my seat at New Student Orientation?
Great! We can't wait to meet you! Here is the reservation form with all the New Student Orientation dates, times, and locations. If you are attending classes at more than one of our campuses, you may want to attend that program to familiarize yourself with that campus. When you have decided on your New Student Orientation program choice, you can save time and a stamp by registering with the online registration site listed on the reservation form. No computer access? No problem! Just mail the reservation form or fax it to us using the information provided on the reservation form.
