Registration

Early Learning Center registration occurs prior to the start of each semester, right after the Bucks class registration period. Parents with children currently enrolled at the center have the first opportunity to register, followed by a general registration period. Registration takes place in the Early Learning Center office.

Fall 2012

Returning Family Registration: April 30th-May 4th, 2012  

New Family Registration: Beginning on May 9th

RECORDS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT:

1. Completed medical form signed by health care provider.
2. Complete and accurate class/study schedule of parent. (Schedule must be kept current to reflect any class changes that take place.)
3. Emergency contact form.
4. Child and family information sheet.
5. Completed Early Learning Center contracts.
6. Civil rights information form.
