TEXTBOOKS

• If You Drop A Course : Present course drop slip, register receipt and textbook in its original condition* within 7 days of purchase for full refund.
• If You Purchase the Wrong Book : Present register receipt and textbook in its original condition* within 7 days of purchase for exchange only of incorrect text for correct text.
• All Other Textbook Purchases : Present textbook at next scheduled textbook buyback for buyback value.

Due to last minute changes, we recommend students verify textbook information with instructor prior to purchase.

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE

• Full refund within seven days of purchase with register receipt as long as product is in its original condition.
• Opened software and electronic products are exchangeable for replacement only if defective.

All refunds will be made in the same manner as purchase. Refund checks for check purchases are issued by the College's Student Accounts Department when all financial obligations are met.
