Coach Pierson, a soccer alumni, was hired as the head Women's Soccer coach in 2010. He served as the first assistant in 2008.
Coach Pierson is a graduate from Lock Haven University.
He excelled for local Neshaminy High School's soccer team. He was chosen for the Suburban One League first team as a defender in the 2004 season. He also played club soccer for the Inter-County Select team. He also played at Bucks for current Men's coach, Justin Burroughs in 2005.
After college, Coach Pierson started coaching at the youth level for Hulmeville Soccer. He was named to the Women's Soccer coaching staff in their inaugural season (as a club team) in 2008 which the team went 4-1. In 2010, he took over the team as the head coach.
