Centurions fall to Harrisburg

The Bucks County Community College Women's Basketball team is finding it difficult to score this season. The Centurions opened up the season in a non-conference game versus the Community College of Philadephia and only managed 26 points. Saturday's game against Harrisburg Area Community College only had a slight improvement with the Centurions scoring 30 points. "We are taking it one step at a time. We have a long way to go but I think we are going to turn it around", stated 2nd year head coach, Lori Sullivan. Harrisburg started on a 20 point run and never looked back defeating Bucks 30-86.
Bucks is in their first season of competition in the Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) of the NJCAA. The loss drops the Centurions to an overall record of 0-2 and EPAC record of 0-1. Next the Centurions travel to Montgomery CCC for an EPAC match up on November 20th with a 5PM tip-off.
