Men's Soccer Win Final Game before Playoffs

On October 17, 2012, Bucks men's soccer had their long awaited rematch with the EPAC conference leaders, Manor College. It was a tight game that went back and fourth with Bucks coming back twice from a goal behind. Erik Mazurkiewicz got the Centurions on the scoreboard with a rocket shot in the back of the net tying the game at one. Sean Kurtz converted a pass from Jared Dickson to again tie the game at 2 just as the second half started. With 10 minutes remaining, Dickson was grabbed by his collar and brought down just outside the penalty area. Jim Traynor stepped up and put the ball in the top corner, just out of reach of Manor's goalkeeper.

The Centurions will next return to action on Tuesday, October 23rd at 3PM when they host their semi-final playoff game versus the winner of Ocean CC and Camden CC. The win improves the Centurions overall recored to 10-5-2 and an EPAC record of 9-1-2. Bucks is the 2nd seed in the Region XIX tournament.
