Bucks Soccer gives back

9/9/12 (Men's & Women's Soccer)

On Sunday September 9, 2012 Bucks Soccer had the honor of helping kick off Youth Soccer Month in an event sponsored by Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer and the Philadelphia Union. This wonderful event was held at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia and was enjoyed by many. There was a guest appearance by Philadelphia Union’s own Chandler Hoffman who signed autographs and kicked the ball around with those in attendance. Thank you to the Head Men's Soccer Coach, Justin Burroughs and current 2012 players, Rachel Lewis and Daniel Robinson, representing women's and men's teams respectively, for generously volunteering their time and energies to represent Bucks Soccer. And a special thank you to our Bucks Soccer alumnus, Rob Brown, and Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer for giving us the opportunity to join such a fun and memorable event for the future players of soccer. "We had a great time sharing our passion of soccer with enthusiasts of all ages and look forward to more opportunities to give back to our community." said Coach Burroughs. "It is proud to represent Bucks, not only on the playing field, but also in the community."
