Justin Burroughs, Head Coach
Monmouth University
Coach Burroughs was hired as the head Men's Soccer coach in 2005. He served as the assistant coach in 2004.
He is a graduate of Monmouth University with an bachelor’s degree in business with concentrations in management and marketing. He played soccer, basketball, and ran track throughout high school and recieved a full althletic scholarship to play soccer at Monmouth. He had several professional soccer trials in Germany.
Coach Burroughs started coaching at the youth level in West End Soccer Associaton (New Jersey) by coaching multiple teams from U-11 to U-19. His final team was a state finalist. He is also a support specialist for the Philadelphia Union's youth camps throughout Pennsylvania.
At Bucks, Coach Burroughs has brought the team from a 3 win team in 2004, to a well respected and accomplished program winning the EPCC championship in 2008, EPCC league title in 2009, Coach of the year honors for the EPCC in 2009 and made the playoffs in their first season in Region XIX, arguably the top conference in the country for 2-year schools.

Carl Appel, Assistant Coach
Eastern Connecticut State University
Coach Appel was hired as the assistant Men's Soccer coach in 2012.
Coach Carl joins the men's staff after finishing a stellar career for division 3, Eastern Connecticut State University, which included a record of 26 career shutouts. Coach Carl was a four-year starter with 50 wins and a goal against average of 0.77 per game. Coach Carl who attended high school at Notre Dame in Lawrenceville, NJ joins fellow alumnus, Head Coach Justin Burroughs for the 2012 season.
