Bucks fall in season finale
On April 28, 2012, Centurions baseball (3-21) played their final games of the season in a double header versus Camden County College (19-3). Both games were representitive of the entire season for Bucks... costly mistakes and unfortunate plays. Twice, Bucks left bases loaded and didn't come away runs. Multiple errors were also costly for the Centurions. Bucks lost both games by the scores of: 1-22 and 1-20. On a side note; It was suprising to see a couple of Bucks County natives playing in Camden uniforms, both graduates from Harry Truman High School.
Bucks had a very informative first season in Region XIX. The Region proofed why it was one of the toughest conferences in the country. They have faced the current #1 team in the country, Gloucester CC and two others recieving top 10 votes, in Camden CC and Brookdale CC. The caliber of play is extrodinary and now the coaching staff has an idea what must be done in order the Bucks to not only compete but succeed at this level. The Centurions ended the season with a record of 3 wins and 23 losses in Region XIX and 3 wins and 24 losses overall.
